I'm Zander, a London-based designer with thirteen years experience scaling companies through design.
Part of the early team at Monzo, I helped lay the foundations for design in the company as we grew from 4.5k → 4.5M customers. Prior to that, I worked at Microsoft via way of the much-loved productivity app, Wunderlist.
In 2020, I set up my studio with a focus on helping founders of early-stage startups bring their products to market.
I've had the pleasure of working with great companies in Europe and the U.S., in industries from health-tech, to financial crime prevention, from design tooling to grocery shopping, a bit of crypto and a bit of AI, a bit of this, and naturally, a bit of that.
I split my time between North London and the Cambridgeshire countryside, cooking, gardening, and chasing an obstinate dachshund around.
